Client information for shipping to SmartDC Rotterdam

Dear client,

Please read the following instructions regarding shipping to the SmartDC datacenter in Rotterdam.

Instructions:

1. Create a ticket through your account in which you indicate how many packages you are sending and when they are expected to be delivered. Ensure that the ticket is sent at least 24 hours before your shipment is expected to arrive or you risk that your shipment will be rejected. If you do not receive a confirmation to your incoming shipment request please contact our support department.

2. Clearly label the package with your customer number and a return address.

3. If you want to personally collect the package from storage after delivery please indicate this in your shipment request. Ensure that you have a valid form of identification and a ticket number when collecting the shipment from our storage. If we cannot verify your identity or no shipment collection request has been made we will not release the shipment from our storage.

Equipment is stored by i3D.net on a temporary basis only and is stored at your own risk. i3D.net does not accept any liability for equipment stored in our storage area. Dedicated Storage cabinets can be ordered by contacting your account manager.

For large shipments that need to be stored for longer periods of time (longer than 10 business days) an additional storage fee may apply. You will be notified by our staff about any such fees if applicable. If the package is not provided with a customer number or other reference that allows us to match it to your storage request we will charge a handling fee of EUR 17.50 in handling and dispatch fees.
